What is Loratadine?
Loratadine is a commonly used antiallergic drug, belongs to the second generation of long-acting tricyclic antihistamine drugs, fast-acting, strong, hormone-free, the body absorbs and metabolises it into more active diclofenac sodium, which competitively inhibits the histamine H1 receptor, inhibiting the allergic symptoms caused by histamine by Chemicalbook, with no obvious anticholinergic and central inhibitory effects. It is used clinically to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny and itchy nose as well as itching and burning sensation of the eyes. Also used to relieve symptoms of chronic urticaria and other allergic skin diseases.

Function:
Loratadine is an antihistamine drug with high selectivity for peripheral nerve H1 receptors, strong action and long duration. It is a long-acting tricyclic antihistamine that competitively inhibits histamine H1 receptor and inhibits allergic symptoms caused by histamine. No significant anticholinergic and central inhibitory effects. Used to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and to alleviate the symptoms of chronic urticaria and other allergic skin diseases.
Application:
1. Antihistamine drugs, highly selective for peripheral nerve H1 receptors, with strong and prolonged action. Used for allergic arthritis and allergic rhinitis.
2. National Class II new anti-allergic drug, used for relieving nasal and non-nasal symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis and relieving chronic urticaria.
