Camu Camu is a purple-red fruit with a diameter of 2-3cm that is native to the upper reaches of the Amazon River in the Republic of Peru. The pulp of Camu Camu is almost translucent white and has a very sour taste as it contains rich natural vitamin C up to 60 times that of citrus fruits.
