Fenbendazole is a light brownish gray crystalline powder. Melting point 233 ºC (decomposition). Easily soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), slightly soluble in general organic solvents, insoluble in water. Odorless and odorless, it is a benzimidazole type insect repellent, also known as oxfenidazole, oxfenidazole, bisulfonazole, and benzimidazole. The best insecticidal plan for pheasants, partridges, grouse, geese, and ducks is to continuously use a feed concentration of 60mg/kg for 6 days. Sheep: It is highly effective for the adults and larvae of sheep blood spear nematodes, Osterhabditis, Trichostrongylus, Gubai nematodes, Narrownecked nematodes, Inverted mouth nematodes, Charbert nematodes, Esophageal mouth nematodes, Trichocephalus nematodes, and Nethertail nematodes.
