Pure European Bilberry Extract powder is sourced from the fruits of Vaccinium Myrtillus L. Its main component is anthocyanins, with a main content of 25%. European blueberries are mainly distributed in Europe, North America (United States and Canada), and northern Asia. There is a large distribution in Northern Europe.
There are many types and high contents of flavonoids in European blueberries, mainly including anthocyanins, flavanols, anthocyanins, and quercetin, which are the main active components of this genus of plants. About 30 types of anthocyanins have been discovered, of which 15 are common. It also contains three sugars: glucose, galactose and arabinose.
