The pressing method is divided into "cold pressing method" and "hot pressing method".
Hot pressing method: refers to the oil produced by physical pressing of oil crops after high-temperature fire frying or steam frying. It is a traditional pressing process and has a high oil yield.
Cold pressing method: refers to the vegetable oil extracted under low temperature by huge physical and mechanical pressure, so it is called cold pressing method. It does not go through the traditional process of high temperature frying or steaming, so the oil is still distributed in the undeformed protein cells, and contains very rich inherent components of flaxseed.
