The difference between NMN and NMNH
Quickly enhance in vitro NAD+
NMNH not only significantly increases the level of NAD+in cells, but also accelerates the rate of increase in NAD+concentration.
NMNH acts as an effective NAD+enhancer in vitro.
NMNH can increase the NAD+content in these cells and is more effective than NMN at the same concentration.
Increase NAD+concentration in the body
NMNH can effectively increase the concentration of NAD+in the blood, and can quickly increase NAD+levels within 1 hour after supplementation, which is much higher than NMN. It is worth noting that after supplementing with NMN, the NAD+content in the blood drops to the basic level after 4 hours, but NMNH can maintain a more than 2-fold increase in NAD+concentration within 20 hours after the first injection. Inhibiting cell growth
It was found that NMNH can enhance the accumulation of intracellular NADH, inhibit cell glycolysis and tricarboxylic acid cycle (TCA cycle), and inhibit cell growth, while NMN can only limited inhibit cell glycolysis.
