(1) Methyl vanillin: white or yellowish crystal, with vanilla fragrance and rich milk fragrance, is the largest variety in the spice industry, and is the main ingredient of popular cream vanilla essence. It has a wide range of uses, such as being used as flavoring material, flavoring agent or fixative in food, daily chemical and tobacco industry, among which beverage, candy, pastry, biscuit, bread and fried goods are mostly used. At present, there is no relevant report that vanillin is harmful to human body.
(2) Ethyl vanillin: white to yellowish acicular crystal or crystalline powder, similar to the aroma of vanilla beans, with a stronger aroma than methyl vanillin. It is a broad-spectrum spice, one of the most important synthetic spices in the world today, and an indispensable important raw material in the food additive industry. Application:
1. It is a good spice for obtaining powder and bean fragrance. It is often used as foundation make-up fragrance.
