Introduction:L-Cysteine, an amino acid commonly found in living organisms. Soluble in water, acetic acid and ammonia, insoluble in ether, acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene, carbon disulfide and carbon tetrachloride. In neutral and weakly basic solutions can be oxidized to cystine by air.
Application:
1) Mainly used in medicine, cosmetics, biochemical research and other aspects.
2) Used in bread, to promote the formation of gluten and promote fermentation, mold, prevent aging.
3) Used in natural juices to prevent vitamin C from oxidizing and to prevent the juices from turning brown.
4) The product has a detoxification effect, can be used for acrylonitrile poisoning, aromatic acidosis.
