Honey Peach originated in China and is named after its flesh, which is as sweet as honey and has a lot of juice. Peach is a plant of the genus Peach in the Rosaceae family. When mature, it becomes slightly spherical, with a red inside and a greenish white surface, and is covered with a layer of fine hairs on the surface. The tree is about 4 meters high, and the crown can extend about 3.5 meters horizontally. The tree has strong branching ability, the branches are slightly thicker, and the crown is wider. The fruit is round or broadly oval, with a blunt top, soft, juicy flesh, sweet and slightly sour taste. A single peach weighs 250-350 grams, with white fur on the surface, and a blush on the sunny side, which gradually turns green toward the back. The pulp is soft and has weak adhesion to the peel, making it easy for the skin and flesh to separate.
