L-Theanine is a unique free amino acid in tea, and theanine is glutamic acid γ- Ethylamide is a white acicular substance, easily soluble in water, with sweet taste, fresh taste and sweet taste. Theanine content varies with tea varieties and parts. Theanine accounts for 1-2 by weight in dry tea. Theanine is similar to the brain active substances glutamine and glutamic acid in chemical structure, and it is the main component of the tea to generate saliva and moisten the sweet.
