Function:
1. Sodium diacetate is a multifunctional edible chemical. It is mainly used as a preservative, fungicide, chelating agent, flavoring agent, PH regulator, and preservation agent for meat products in the food and feed industry, and is also the main ingredient of composite fungicide
2. This product can be mixed with other flavorings and sweeteners. It is used as a sour agent for food, and can also be used as a fungicide and food quality improver. Widely used in food, feed, grain and silage anti-mildew additives (mainly for mold prevention, improve nutritional value).
3. Used as acidifier, homogenizer, buffer, multivalent chelating agent, rust inhibitor and bread fungal agent in the printing and dyeing industry.Application:

Food:
The main purpose of using it in food with its following 3 functions:
1. a preservative to extend food shelf life in bread and meat.

Sodium diacetate can be used as a preservative in feed for poultry, pigs and pet animals.

It can function as a buffering and masking agents in cosmetic and personal care products.
Medical:
Sodium diacetate plays an important role in regulating the pH level of the dialysis solution. It also benefits clinics in storing, only to dissolve the dry mix, instead of having to store a liquid product.
