Inulin liquid mainly comes from jerusalem artichoke extract of Helianthus tuberosus L. It is a reserve polysaccharide in plants, and other sources include the root tubers of peonies and thistles, which contain abundant inulin. Among them, Jerusalem artichoke and chicory have the highest inulin content. inulin is beneficial to the intestines, and inulin is mainly used in probiotic solid beverages and other food fields.
Inulin, a white substance resembling white powder, completely soluble in water, slightly sweet, with a degree of polymerization (DP) of 2-60. Inulin with an average DP ≤ 9 is also known as short chain inulin. Inulin extracted from natural plants contains both long and short chains. We still supply liquid inulin.
