It is an isoprene based phenolic terpene compound. Easy to oxidize, with the property of overflowing with water vapor. Soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, and DMSO, derived from Psoralea corylifolia Linn. seeds. At room temperature, it is a light yellow oily liquid with strong fat solubility.
