Audited Supplier Phenibut (contracted from β-phenyl-γ-aminobutyric acid) is a central nervous system (CNS) depressantand derivative of the naturally occurring inhibitory neurotransmitter γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Phenibut is sold as a nutritional supplement, and is not approved as a pharmaceutical in the United Statesor Europe, but in Russiait is sold as a psychotropic drug. It has been reported by some to possess nootropicactions for its ability to improve neurological functions, but other researchers have not observed these effects. L-Theanine vs Phenibut HCL powder

How to take phenibut?
Since Phenibut HCL powder is very stable and easily soluble in water. When using Phenibut HCL powder, the user must dissolve the salt in a glass of water. It also comes in more convenient forms, such as capsules. Best taken at least an hour after a meal or on an empty stomach.
Sublingual administration or dissolving it under the tongue is not recommended when you are taking Phenibut HCL powder in capsule or salt form because Phenibut HCL powder is very acidic. It will taste bad, irritate your mucous membranes, and seriously damage your tooth enamel.
Dosage of Phenibut powder
Small doses of Phenibut HCL powder are 250 - 750 mg. This lower dose produces a mild increase in mood and a feeling of calm.
Moderate doses are between 750 and 1500 mg. You'll still get a mild emotional boost and calm, but with it comes a boost in social skills. At this dose of Phenibut HCL powder, it will make you sleep better through the night.
It is strongly recommended not to exceed high doses of 1500 and 2000 mg of Phenibut HCL powder on any given day. This can lead to low heart rate, low breathing rate, dizziness and sweating.
