Fluorotriazole belongs to the fluorotriazole class of antifungal drugs, its antifungal spectrum is similar to ketoconazole, but its antifungal activity is higher than ketoconazole. Its mechanism is to inhibit ergosterol biosynthetase, an essential component of fungal cell membrane, block the synthesis of ergosterol, destroy the integrity of fungal cell wall, and further inhibit the growth and reproduction of fungal cell. This product has strong antifungal activity against Candida albicans, microspora Canis, Cryptococcus neoformans, histoplasma capsulatum and epidermis.
1.It is effective for deep infection fungi with strong antifungal effect and good oral absorption.It is mainly used for candidiasis and cryptococcosis and is also effective for oropharyngeal candidiasis in cancer patients.
2.It has high antimicrobial activity against white spherococcus and cryptococcus.
3.It inhibits ergosterol synthase, a necessary component of fungal cell membrane, hinders ergosterol synthesis, destroys the integrity of fungal cell wall, and inhibits its growth and reproduction.
4.It has strong antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans, Microsporidia, Cryptococcus neoformans, Tinea epidermidis and Histoplasma capsulatum, etc.
