Quercetin comes from dried flower buds of Sophora japonica L. The conventional content of natural sophora japonica extract is 95%,Quercetin, as an anti apoptotic and antioxidant, can protect many organs from damage, as well as anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-virus, hypoglycemic, hypotensive, immune function regulation and cardiovascular protection.
Quercetin also exists in apples, green tea, oranges, pears and green vegetables, with the highest content in Huaimi. We also supply locust rice extract rutin.

1. Acid hydrolysis: It is feasible to extract rutin from sophora japonica, and then produce Quercetin after Acid hydrolysis.
2. The extraction methods of rutin mainly include alkali extraction and acid precipitation, organic Liquid-liquid extraction and impregnation, of which alkali extraction and acid precipitation are the most practical. Select 0.05% NaOH solution to boil for 20 min, filter it while hot, extract it for 4 times in the same way, get the alkaline aqueous solution of rutin, add acid to separate it out, add acid to hydrolyze it after filtering to get Quercetin insoluble in water, filter, wash and dry to get Quercetin solid.
3. Enzyme conversion method:Enzymatic hydrolysis of rutin is used to prepare a large amount of Quercetin monomer with less content in plants.
