Fucopolysaccharide is a natural active substance peculiar to brown algae, which is a natural and unique intercellular polysaccharide in all brown algae. Extraction process:
(1) Raw material treatment: Select high-quality light dried, less impure brown algae such as kelp, remove foreign objects, and soak in tap water.
(2) Extraction: After soaking for a specified time, the target substance is dissolved in water to achieve extraction.
(3) Separation: The extract is processed through ultrafiltration and most of the excess water is separated from the target extract; By ion exchange, harmful metal ions are removed to obtain an extract concentrate.
(4) Sterilization: The concentrated solution is sterilized through a sterilization tank.
(5) Drying: Drying the concentrated solution after sterilization to obtain a solid product.
(6) Packaging: Product packaging and sampling inspection, qualified for storage.
