Function:
1.Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine that reduces the effects of natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.
2.Diphenhydramine is used to treat sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, hives, skin rash, itching, and other cold or allergy symptoms.
3.phenhydramine is also used to treat motion sickness, to induce sleep, and to treat certain symptoms of Parkinson's disease.
Application:
1. Diphenhydramine is used for skin and mucosal allergies, such as urticaria, angioedema, allergic rhinitis, other skin pruritus, anal pruritus, vulvar pruritus, itching during drug eruption or jaundice, and insect bites. And contact dermatitis is also effective;
2. Diphenhydramine is used for acute allergic reactions, which can reduce allergic reactions caused by blood transfusion or plasma; antihistamine drugs such as diphenhydramine are often used before blood transfusion;
