1. Aspoxicillin is a broad-spectrum semi-synthetic penicillin with strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus spp, Streptococcus spp and Pneumococcus spp, and also against Gram-negative bacteria such as E. coli, H. influenzae and anaerobic Bacillus spp.

2. Aspoxicillin is used clinically for infections caused by the above sensitive bacteria, including sepsis, bacterial infective endocarditis, acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis infections, surface infections such as trauma and surgical wounds, tonsillitis, pneumonia, etc.
