Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of fungal cell membrane and influence its metabolic process.It has antibacterial effect on both superficial fungi and some deep fungi.Clinical mainly for external use, treatment of dermatomycosis, such as tinea pedis, tinea body, ear canal, vaginal mycosis, etc.This product toxicity is big, oral can have gastrointestinal reaction, liver function abnormality and leukopenia, etc.It is now used sparingly.External use no adverse reactions, occasionally local inflammation.1% ~ 3% cream and suppository for external use.
