Function of Oxytetracycline
Oxytetracycline is mainly used for the prevention and control of livestock and poultry Escherichia coli, salmonella infection (such as calf dysentery, lamb dysentery, piglet yellow dysentery, young livestock paratyphoid, etc.), Pasteurella, brucella infection and panting disease of pigs, chronic respiratory disease of chickens; It is also commonly used to treat rickettsiosis in dogs, infectious anemia in cats, and to prevent chlamydia and spirochetosis in dogs; It is used locally for endometritis and tissue necrosis caused by necrotic bacillus.
