Aspartame is a white crystalline powder or granular non carbohydrate artificial sweetener, which has a clean sweet taste, about 200 to 300 times sweeter than sugar. It also contains less calories than ordinary sugar, so it is widely used as a substitute for sugar.

It has the advantages of high safety, pure sweet taste, no bitter aftertaste and metallic taste, low calorie, and the use of aspartame in food and drink instead of sugar, without causing dental caries

At the same time, it has synergistic effect when mixed with sucrose or other sweeteners to improve the taste, and has excellent synergistic effect when mixed with essence. Especially for acidic citrus, lemon, grapefruit, etc., it can make the fragrance lasting and reduce the amount of aromatic agent.
