It is especially rich in chocolate, oats, dried dates, milk, yogurt, cheese, red meat, eggs, fish, poultry, sesame seeds, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, spirulina, peanuts. Some reports claim that bananas are rich in tryptophan, but this is not true of the nutritional content of consumption (the tryptophan content of bananas is concentrated in the banana peel and the white fibers on the skin. "Banana pulp" contains almost no tryptophan).
Tryptophan is prominently present in almost all forms of plant protein, some in very high abundance.
